Really? They cut a deal on prime business real estate just 7 figures?

Here's the plan. We get the warhead and we hold the world ransom for... ONE MILLION DOLLARS! Number Two: Don't you think we should ask for *more* than a million dollars? A million dollars isn't exactly a lot of money these days. Virtucon alone makes over 9 billion dollars a year! Dr. Evil: Really? That's a lot of money. Okay then, we hold the world ransom for... Dr. Evil: One... Hundred... BILLION DOLLARS!

lol

* There was once talk of a new prison to being built by the State. (Or did that conveniently "just happen" to slip your mind(s))? Sorry, I’ll wait for Old business to be brought up; I was “Out of Order” we were speaking about New business. I move to allow the committee to “Move-on” and spend the unexpected “Windfall of Cash” at the expense of the State-City-County taxpayer.

Hopefully it will be 7 figures X (times) 7 or 8 Mr. Randy Wharton, to repay that 6 million dollar loan from then Governor Joe Manchin. The State will not be having a lien on the property. The new owners will want to have a clear deed.
