Visitors to the City-County Building on Chapline Street in Wheeling may have noticed some new signage posted at the facility warning people there is ‘‘no loitering’’ allowed....

Let me get this straight. These signs were erected over a year ago, without the knowledge or consent of the sheriff and he is just now questioning them?? Real sharp sheriff you got there.

the extra stars represent Porta Riko, Samoa, Gwam, Chicago. the unofficial states tha get federal money and benefits without oblication to pay in.
