WVNCC and "excellent" in the same sentence is laughable. Their vo-tech courses are a joke and bring nothing of value to the hiring table.

The Editor is correct.It is a national problem.Germany as an example values and promotes tech/trades education.They have retained a strong manufacturing base.They will dominate Europe accordingly. WV is way way overdone with higher ed.80% of grads leave.
