atoddh,
You forget that your busy little buddy Randall Reid-Smith has removed history from the equation in Wheeling and most of West Virginia.
He must be doing something right. He has made more blunders than a barrel of monkeys and the politicians just adore him.
Wheeling is sadly past the point of no return.

remember folks: the goal of the Capitol was Downtown tourism.Waht does remain of the WWVA Jamboree USA is at the Casino and in Ohio(JUSA);not Downtown where it belongs. The Capitol has not addressed its mission.

The most important part-The Jamboree-is still missing. It could have been salvaged.

Get some of those wonderful FAKE historic windows like West Virginia's Division of Culture and History "commissioner" Randall Reid-Smith and his "yes man" Travis (reenactor) Henline have put in West Virginia's Independence Hall.
It looks like some kind of historic fantasy.
Go Randy,Go!
