It is really easy to criticize. This woman and her office staff really seemed to step forward with ideas and opportunities to showcase the republican party. The state candidates seemed very appreciative of her help. I guess if the worst thing you can say about her is that she encouraged another human being in a time of disappointment for the whole community, then that pretty much speaks for itself. Getting down and dirty and not tearing a person down further, during the time of a big black eye for our region, at the very least shows some class. ;o) Maybe if all people involved in politics showed a little more compassion and tact, more quality candidates would consider stepping forward to help. She made a difference, in many ways, and many owe her a big thank you! ;o)

I am sorry to see Ms. McCardle "calling it quits". No one has done more for the Democratic party than Ms. McCardle.
