Four Plead Guilty To Putting Kids In Storage Crates

Not much jail time for torturing helpless children and it did not say that they were giving up custody of thier victims voluntarily in return for their light sentences, or by order of the court where they admitted to torturing children under oath. The kids are in the custody of the grandfather. What guarantees are there that they will not end up back with these people? None, the courts often leave children in harm's way as they follow some bizarre concept of keeping the family unit together. I am sure the public has been paying for these children since birth and custody of them equals a bigger check in the mailbox. But these are hamsters, they are children who should have a chance of a real family. The belief by some pie eyed social worker that they are going to put them on a "program" and make them no longer animals is dangerous to the health of children. Take the kids out of there for ever.

I remember a case a few yrs ago where the foster parents had about 10 kids living in dog crates. They were collecting a big check. Foster care is a crap shoot.

Im not claiming to have any solution. This is terrible and more attention needs to be paid to the safety and care of children
