There is nothing "misguided" about sealing juve records. That's the law and it should be.

Are we talking about juve records here? If that is the case, I agree, with exceptions to that as well. These kids that send stuff thru iphone and get caught can end up as a registered sex offender-which very wrong. Yet an adult that is convicted of serious sex crimes allowed to work with kids-thats insane. There are people that have done wrong and paid their dues, and are as honest of a worker than someone w/o any record.
