Thanks

Thanks to everyone who prayed for Fr. Chris Turner. He is progessing remarkably, according to his doctors. He is still in UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh and will be there for a while. Bishop Bransfield wrote a lovely piece about Fr. Chris and faith in the Catholic Spirit that came out the other day. It's a good read. You can read it online at www.thecatholicspiritwv.org. and go the bishops's column. Fr. Chris's parish at Our Lady of Peace in Mt. Olivet has been dealing with so much lately. The church building was closed down because of roof issues and all Masses, funerals, basketball games and just about everything else have been held in the gym! Thanks for all the support for those folks.
