It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like ...

Yes, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Some of my neighbors' homes and yards are already decorated as is downtown Wheeling, Oglebay and The Highlands. I saw the lighted wreaths going up at Cabela's on Thursday. That place looks like a giant holiday lodge. A neat inflated character, complete with camo vest, greets you at the door. I haven't heard too much Christmas music yet, but it can't be far behind. Sorry, but I just can't bring myself to put up the Christmas decorations until after Thanksgiving. I like the turkeys and pilgrims and that stuff if even for a week or so. Even the Winter Festival of Lights at Oglebay includes a tribute light display for Thanksgiving.
